Cancellation Policy

Tickets, once issued, are non-refundable. If you are unable to take your tour once your tickets have been purchased, you are liable to pay 100% of the ticket fee and 50% of the guide fee.

Colosseum Tickets & External-Only Visits

Please be advised that due to an ongoing situation beyond our control regarding illegal ticket sellers and third-party vendors, tickets to Colosseum and/or its arena floor may not be available. Should this be the case, we will notify you in advance and your guided tour of the Colosseum will be conducted from the outside — with all the context and important details included.

Your Jewish Ancient Rome tour will still include a visit to the Roman Forum and Arch of Titus, two key sites which are included in the ticket.

Colosseum & Vatican Entry Times

Due to the large number of tourists during this period, the schedule of tours which include tickets to the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums is approximate and will be reconfirmed when tickets are issued.

Your Guide During High Season

Please note that due to the high number of guests during high season (May – September), Marco may be unable to attend all tours and services in person. In this case, the tour will be led by one of his team of guides (Jewish and non-Jewish), all of whom share his cultural background and knowledge and have been trained by Marco personally.
